Emily’s drawing Once a bhikkhu fell in love with a woman so he forgot to take care of himself so the other bhikkhus took the bhikkhu with them to the Buddha and the Buddha said it wasn’t the first time it happened so he told the story of the past. One day the Bodhisatta was born, and when he was just a toddler, his parents had another son, and then they had up to about seven sons, until they finally had a daughter and then they said that they didn’t want to get married so their parents eventually died. Then the oldest son, his siblings, a servant, maid, and a companion when to be ascetics and in the season they only had lotus roots to eat and everyday there would be a different person to go get their food and then Sakka’s chair grew hot and went to go test the ascetics to see if they were actually ascetics.
