Mahākaccāyanattheravatthu
Sandi M's summary:
Sakka, king of gods pays respects the Elder Kaccāyana and other monks are displeased and assume the god was only honoring the elder for personal reasons as Sakka did not honor the rest of the Chief Disciples the same. The Buddha explains that monks who keep the doors of their senses guarded, are beloved of both gods and men.
