Thinzar M’s drawing Once a monk had given up on striving because he thought his meditation was in vain. When he told his friends, they scolded him and took him to the buddha and the buddha told a story of the past. Once their was a king who had 100 sons and gave them all separate teachers the youngest son was taught by the bodhisatta. The prince gave many donations and earned everyones hearts and when the king passed away the king let the ministers choose who would get the white umbrellla. The ministers chose the youngest prince which made the older princes angry cause they thought the eldest should be crowned. The youngest prince split the kings wealth with the other princes because he did not want to fight with them. The princes went and they asked the younger prince and when they heard his intentions they decided he was the rightful king.Kids’ drawing
