Andre Thu’s drawing Once, there was a cruel bikkhu, but then the Buddha tamed him, and his vile mind was purified. This was not the first time as in the past the Buddha was one an ascetic. The king saw him and was impressed as he seemed to be confident and pure. He fed and gave the ascetic a home as it was the rainy season and he was in search for vinegar and salt. After a while, he asked the ascetic to tame the prince and he did by using a poisonous seed as an example. He said, if he does not be tame, he will be crushed as he did with the seed.Kids’ drawing
