Emily’s drawing Once Devadatta denied his teacher, so he fell into Avīci Hell and the Buddha said that was not the first time it happened so he told the story of the past. One day the Bodhisatta was born as a candāla, and he knew a charm that caused mango trees to bear fruit out of season so in every season, he could sell mangoes, and his family could eat mangoes like every single day then a brahmin boy knew about the candāla and he wanted to ask him if he could learn the charm and the candāla said yes, but he had to do almost everything in the house, and the brahmin boy agreed and the next day the candāla told him to never tell people his name or lie then the brahmin boy went back to his kingdom and he lied, so he forgot that charm and he was kicked out of that kingdom.Kids’ drawing
