May’s drawing At a festival Venerable Thulla-Nanda asked for some garlic but there was none so she went to the field and took tons of garlic. The bhikkus and bhikkhunis went to the Buddha to tell. The Buddha said that it wasn’t the first time so he told a story. The Bodhisatta died and got reborn as a golden goose. He wanted to go to his family and give them his golden feathers each day but the wife was greedy and she wanted to take the feathers all at once and she did but the feathers started turning white and not gold so the wife was sad.Kids’ drawing
